Bed frame was broken while we were sleeping at 12. We lifted the mattress and saw the frame was taped. We sent the photos to owner via WhatsApp but didn’t get a reply until next day 3pm. We were already out and didn’t want to let technician to enter our room. Bed sheets and blankets not clean, my bf has a rash. I will not stay at this property again and will not recommend anyone to book it. The washing machine was the only good thing.
