A front desk receptionist (local lady) that was working in the morning shift was extremely unhelpful when requested for an acknowledgement of my stay in the hotel as I needed it to submit for claims. She told me that she has no letter head and also not even a piece of paper for me to hand write an acknowledgement of my stay. When asked to speak to her manager, she claimed that they are in meetings and not available! Will not recommend anyone to stay in such hotel with terrible and unfriendly service!

開業から2周年らしく、全体はきれいです。スタッフの対応は丁寧です。 部屋の清掃は普通です。 宿泊した部屋のキーチェーンは引っ張ったら壁の固定が抜けてしまい、意味を成していませんでした。 再開発の地域のようで、同じ建物の外周には飲食店やコンビニ的な商店があり、不便ではないです。 最寄りの駅からは歩きには遠く、歩きにくい道で、ホテルからの出発とホテルへの戻りはGrabにしました。 これから周囲の再開発で良くなっていくと思います。
