"The room was very dusty, and the bathroom and toilet felt outdated—far from what the pictures suggested. I stayed over my birthday, and there was no acknowledgment from the hotel, which was disappointing. The restaurant area was uncomfortably hot and felt poorly ventilated. Overall, our stay did not meet expectations, and we did not enjoy our time here."

Daily breakfast is great. Convenient location. Hotel staff is accommodating. A bit off-putting is that one of our rooms had a clogged bathroom drain, which we reported and got confirmation that it was fixed. Only to find out when we got back that it wasn’t. Good thing it happened on our last night.

I had a room with an amazing view overlooking the pool. Double glazing meant there was no noise from outside (but guests above me were a bit noisy!) Breakfast was incredible - so many choices. Staff were so friendly, professional and polite. Location great - a very short walk to the monorail.

The Club facilities were good and offered a selection of food in the evening and at breakfast. Choice of complimentary drinks was good. The staff went above and beyond. Thanks to Kapil, Jessica, Shirell, Henry. Jon. Nicky. Kushal and Summit for their attentive service. Thanks also to the staff in the Botanist Bar for the great service. I would recommend.

The check in was very efficient, the room was very clean, the breakfast was excellent and on par with Shangri'la standard for both variety and tastes. Above all the hotel staff were all very pleasant n approachable, Strongly recommended to stay here,
