Hotel in city centre

Cons: Improve lift system (not the actual lifts, just the algorithm to make it more efficient), ensure enough toilet paper, better lighting in toilet
Hotel is ideally situated. It is near Masjid Jamek station, which is an interchange station, meaning that you have access to more areas in KL. It is also within walking distance to Petaling St, Central Market and 24 hour fast food restaurants. There are some things which are not ideal, such as the slow lifts, air-conditioning where I can't really control the temperature and on my first night, there wasn't enough toilet paper. One thing I would recommend if you're staying at this hotel. If you can afford it, try and get a room with a window. I can't complain because it was very clearly stated when doing the bookings, but just didn't know it was such a weird experience to be staying in a room with no window.

Don't stay there

It was a small dark room which for that price I understand it is fear. What I can't accept is the cleaness of the room and the hotel in general. It was very very very dirty, from the bathroom to the room carpet and the bed. I wanted to cry when I got there since I was celebrating my marriage anniversary. The room in the website looks absolutely different from the reality. Very disappointed!

Close to everything

Nice hotel close to everything

Can walk to many attractions. Meters from central market. Roof top pool with views. You won't be disappointed if you stay here, only down side is the wait for an elevator sometimes but just take the stairs.

Great location. Great hotel!

Stones throw from the train, only one stop the KL Centre which connects the monorail (Bukit Bintang), KLIA Ekpres (airport), and on the same line as KLCC (petronas towers). 2 minutes from Petaling St. The hotel itself is fantastic! The rooms are basic but clean, comfortable and quiet. Rooftop pool and gym are fantastic. I stayed in a premium room on the top floor, with views of petronas towers and Menara KL. The staff are helpful and friendly. The cafe downstairs is nice too. Would 100% recommend a stay here!!

Pros: Clean & modern, great bathroom
Cons: Hard to find make sure you have the hotels number for the taxi driver. No windows in the room
Location: Hard to find
Facilities: Modern; Value: Affordable; Service: Sufficient, Polite; Cleanliness: Spotless; Really close to the railway station and easy to get to. Only costs around 8BHT to get to KL Sentral
