Well let me begin with don't stay here. The price seems inticing but the service is awful for 4 star hotel
Upon arriving at the concierge, I approached the rep at the right next to the elevator. Didnt get a name since they don't even have name tags and she asked for my booking. So I show her the Expedia booking and she tells me that I have to call my agent for the booking. So being as confused as I am, I ask her why I have to call expedia? I thought the booking was all sorted as Ive already paid. She then rudely tells me that I have to call Expedia for the booking at which point anothrr rep looks at my phone and just tells me rudely again 'go sit down'
So I sit down and eventually after 5 mins a gentleman appears and says he will call my agent (still dont know why they keep saying agent) and eventually sees my booking and says 'oh you're all booked already, ok' then proceeds to check me in. He doesnt send anyone with me to show me my room and just tells me where to go and i get to my room.
Then, around 1am, I hear my door opening. I wake up and shout and rush at the intruder when they say 'im the hotel manager' and as confused again as I was, I ask what he's doing in my room at 1am? He says I'm in the wrong room. I ask 'how is that possible when the keycode i entered on the door pad worked' he states 'all the rooms use the same code on this floor' and says im in 8a but i came to 8b and its my fault. He blamed me when nobody showed me up to my room. I repeat, they use same c
