I wanted to love this property but the lack of service was an issue. I certainly don’t expect to be fawned over but basic customer service would have been appreciated. It was not a welcoming place. I checked out a day earlier. It’s a shame as I loved KL and Chow Kit as an area to stay in.

Great hospitality...

Keep up the great job.... fantastic clean eco friendly stay. Housekeeping staff were great, young india man on front desk was great. Friendly smiling faces even the security guard were fantastic. Would recommend the hotel to family n friends for sure.

Loud and messy - bad value

Very unenjoyable. The hotel hosted a large youth group that ran round the hallways, pranking each other by repeatedly ringing the door bells, making a lot of noice (yelling, etc), leaving their doors open and using the swimming pool/gym as a playground. Hotel staff did not care. At a lower price point I would have found this acceptable but not at the price paid. Otherwise the room was clean and decent but the bed hard and linen coarse. 100 MYR deposit when checking-in.
