Apartment itself is fine. But... Lots of things didn't match the description. No TV box, no tea, no washing powder, iron turns your clothes black. Also, no access card, took an hour to get one from downstairs. Bathroom door is broken so if your kid shuts it from inside you'll need to jimmy the lock. Plus, there was an additional cleaning fee asked for on check in. When I queried it, rather than discussing it and looking at my invoice, they simply demanded I agree to pay before giving me the key, leaving me on the street for 30 mins. Then when they realised so many things were missing they stopped communicating with me. I didn't hear from them again until check out, with no effort to fix the issues (although the additional fee magically disappeared). They need to look up the definition of both 'hospitality' and 'plush'.

there was stains on the carpet and marks all over the walls.no shower carton and the toilet roll always gets wet. The bed sides lamp where broken. There was mold around the sink. but it was a great location.

More than a Hotel experience.

The place is so amazing! Everthing is so accessible and just a few minutes walk to Petronas Twin Towers. The host made sure everything is well provided. The studio unit itself has incredible features from the kitchen to the sofa bed and the queen size bed. Can really save you money. There are two convience store just right at the lobby, one is a 24/7 store and the other one is a supermarket which closes at 2am. We would definitely love to stay there again on our next KL trip. My family really enjoyed our stay. It's more than a hotel experience. 2 thumbs UP. We highly recommend this place.

Bon séjour

Appart’hôtel très confortable et pratique, avec un lit très satisfaisant, le tout bien agencé. A quelques minutes des Petronas Towers et de la Menara Tower. Le seul petit bémol : des petites bêtes (style cafards) dans l’appart. Le propriétaire avait tout début même laissé une bombe insecticide.
