Swiss garden residence

It’s affordable price and have a nice view. But don’t expect perfect condition. Just a normal house at bukit bintang under the name of “swiss garden”. For a shortstay and with low budget is a good choice. But for more than 2 days I don’t recommend. Have a hidden charge rm15/day for cleaning service and parking rm10/day. For someone particular about cleanliness, its not the place. Cleanliness poor and house in fair condition.

Noisy neighbours but very spacious short break

Upstairs party all night long. Too noisy to sleep. Very spacious and clean. With all cooking facilities . Washing machine and fridge. Good for small family. Enjoyed the stay apart from the noise from upstairs

Arrived at the property around midnight due to late arrival of my flight. By the time I was ready for bed, I opened the bed cover, and found a cockroach IN THE BED! Sayem took no accountability when notified about the roach and said he "compromised with Expedia" to offer me another room the following night. He stated that it was a new room and that I was the first guest. (Even if it's a "new room", it doesn't mean it's CLEAN! It was definitely NOT new) I even sent him a video of the cockroach in the bed and he still stood ground not to compensate for my stay. I forfeited my second night and stayed at another hotel. This property is NOT a 4 star as advertised. I would NOT recommend this property. If you end up staying at any units under Sayem's management, I would highly suggest you to reconsider your stay at another property.

最差的住宿體驗

案件提供的是飯店地址不是公寓地址，原以為是飯店管理的公寓套房，check in時才得知是私人出租的公寓，原本約好的時間沒有人來check in, 打了多通點 電話也沒有人接，透過國際電話打回hotels.com客服才轉接到業主。前後等了超過30分鐘，業主還回覆是大樓太高有42層電梯很慢然後手邊還有其他客人，所以遲到，真的很令人傻眼的回答。 入住7天6夜有5天冷氣都在漏水，請業主來維修也都草草了事，浴室排水孔阻塞，小廚房洗手槽也漏水，隔音也很差，這是住過最糟糕的一次經驗，真心不推薦這間套房。

compare to the last comment, the bathroom is ok: face lotion, towels, shampoo, shower cream, hair dryer, toothbrush and toothpaste ok The TV is ok as there is Fox movie and HBO but not in Full HD. The kitchen : there is pan, sauce pan, plate, fork, boiler etc... for several person
