The employees were friendly and welcoming. Our room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean, as were all of the public areas. The rooftop pool was relaxing and well appointed. We enjoyed the breakfast. Located in a bustling area, we felt safe and enjoyed walking locally. I would recommend!

Once again, a great stay at the Journal for a work trip. I have stayed many times before, but think this was my first room on the front of the hotel, 9th floor. Better view than the rear, but unfortunately, also noisier at night with both traffic noise and music from somewhere? The staff, accommodation and food was as usual, fantastic. Will definitely stay again, but will ask for a rear room next time.
