High quality authentic experience
I liked our stay in the RuMa hotel. Interior was impeccable, comfortable beds and nice amenities made our stay very pleasant. Location of the hotel is beneficial as well, very close to Petronas towers, aquarium and Pavilion shopping center. The area itself is very nice and comfortable to walk around. In terms of improvement areas I would like to mention breakfast, we ordered eggs few times and they were a bit bland/undercooked. I stayed with mom, and we celebrated her 80s birthday in KL. In 5star hotels I stayed previously, I had a nice experience when there were congratulation cards from the hotel administration on such special dates. I believe future hotel guests would appreciate this small act of kindness and care.
