The rooms are snug, clean and beautiful with all your necessities. The hotel is super central in the bustling Bukit Bintang, with the monorail and Pavilion shopping centre a few steps away, and Jln Alor for your foodie needs. If you're not about noise and flashing lights this is not your area. The staff are friendly, as always. I've been coming here for years, will keep coming back, this place feels like a home to me.

Opt for high floors if you can.

Perfect oasis in the heart if KL. Cannot ask for more! Ps: I was on a high floor so the "noise" was bearable. Don't go to the kebab joint beside the hotel. Ultimate tourist trap. Tad inconvenient if you need to travel by car because of the traffic.

Good location and clean, comfortable room. Staff were friendly and helpful. However, the bed was small and my friend had to sleep diagonally because he was too tall to sleep normally. Bathroom could be larger too for a 4 star hotel.

Great room in convenient location- my room looked over Bukit Bintang intersection which was lively and entertaining. Can be a little noisy at times as this area ‘alive’ till 2am most days! Room very comfortable, loved the floor to ceiling windows, esp in the shower! Great location for access to Jalan Alor for great food street experience. Restaurant in hotel looked nice but didn’t dine there, nor did I book their breakfast as reviews were average and there are lots of options in walking distance. Would have loved a pool once I was there but was fine without it. Pavilion a nice shopping centre nearby. 15min walk to Petronas towers. Easy, convenient, modern, clean and friendly- would definitely stay again.

Wolo Hotel - Won't go back

Whist the Hotel location was excellent and the design modern and trendy this was more than outweighed by the fact that there is no restaurant in the hotel and the breakfast experience was one of the worst I've experienced. It was only delivered between certain times and when if did arrive it was OK quality but on each of the days it was almost cold. The coffee was dreadful. It as almost like tar, so much so that I was unable to drink it, even the dairy creamer I take with me wouldn't dissolve properly in it. This is totally unacceptable for a hotel with a 4 star rating. With no restaurant it should only have a 3start rating maximum. I wouldn't book this hotel again.
