Sanitized Safely & Delightful Stay at 5 Star Hotel

Hotel room and bathroom was clean. Bathroom is spacious, with many amenities, which is good. Lavatory space is also clean and ideal. Love the vintage retro British doors to the bathroom. Like the idea of a mirror in the closet. Best feature of the hotel room was the bed. Have been to many hotels and the bed is one of the comfiest I have ever slept in. I usually don't get to sleep much on my first night (adjusting to a new space) but the bed and bedding was very comfortable. Carpets and furniture overall, may need to be upgraded soon, I believe, but they are still in working condition. Loved the moroccan and colonial palatial gardens at the courtyard. The lush greenery is very relaxing. Difficult to find green spaces in the city, so that was a great little treat and delightful nook for meditation. Food was surprisingly good. Had dinner at the main restaurant. Although, soup could have been a tad warmer, but it still tasted amazing nevertheless. Had supper in the room later. Club sandwich and milo was perfect to end the day. All staff presented themselves impeccably. All wore gloves during MCO and were properly sanitized and observed all SOP procedures. I felt a sense of safety, staying at this hotel, as I could smell the disinfectant and sanitized smell. It didn't bother me at all because I know I was staying at a place I could trust, that all proper measures were taken care of. I was given a courtesy call as soon as I stepped into my room, which made me felt welcomed.
Love this door hanger message. I feel it is important to let your guests know that much care has been taken to make their stay as comfortable and stress free as possible. Well done!
Dressing area was clean and amenities like hairdryer is readily available. Great job on the scan bar codes to replace hardcopy menus throughout the hotel. It's the little touches that count. Please keep up with and maintain these standards.
Cozy little corner and well placed, as I had a really nice view when I had breakfast in the morning. Being away from home, on a solo business travel means that we usually dine alone. So having a morning view with a morning sunrise actually helps.
The comfiest bed I have ever slept in! If it's not too much trouble, would appreciate if you could share with me the make of the mattress, and bedding. May want to replicate this at home.

We stayed overnight after getting off the shuttle from the Mutiara Resort at Taman Negara as it was very convenient. The hotel was better than we thought it might be. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. The staff were very helpful in printing boarding passes.

Outstanding Hotel

A return visit, we wouldn't stay anywhere else in KL. It is incredible value. The many staff are amazing and numerous. The breakfast is the most extensive I have ever seen. The complimentary food in the Club Lounge was much appreciated and the Afternoon Tea was outstanding value. It is quicker to use the KLExpres and then taxi from KL Sentral rather that the long taxi ride from the airport.

The hotel is positioned about a hundred metres from Rajah Chulan MRT station, so access to other parts of city is very convenient particularly during the rainy season.

The hotel is situated very well, it is generally in good condition but the bathroom needs refurbishment, it’s well past it’s best. Breakfast is excellent.

It was the worse Hotel we have ever stay in terms of cleanse and services. The room was soooo dirty. I think they never clean the carpet since build. the bathroom was full of mould even the water pop in a toilet had mould. The worse part was a bed . the bed was not standard and make noise when moving, not comfortable at all and the mattress and pillow were dirty and unclean we took a photos and complain about the pillows and instead of changing they just put another pillow case . NO blanket. I also think the bed has some insect or bugs as my parter's leg bitten. never recommend this hotel.

it has great amenities and all within walking distance. The staff service wasn’t great as they gave us a reservation room which belongs to someone who has decorated with birthday party and the housekeeping was rather slow
