1 night business stay.

Hotel is very strict on check-in/out times. Check-in time is 3pm. I arrived at 2:45pm and not allowed to check-in and told to come back after 3:10pm. When I came back at 3:20pm to check-in there were no other guests. When I got into the room, it was dusty and obviously left vacant for weeks before. Why not allow guest to check in early given the occupancy rate is so low?

Generally acceptable but with similar price I wouldn’t recommend this property. The bed sheet and pillow case like never replace. Cleanliness average. Only upside is near to a shopping mall
