Very nice hotel with rooftop overlooking Kumamoto Castle. Housekeeping is done everyday , shimotori shopping arcade is just 5mins walk with lots of dining options and shopping . If you are driving there's lot of 24/7 parking nearby.Quite spacious for solo traveler.

Great views of the castle from rooms and rooftop area. Room was small but clean with decent aircon. Reception staff were friendy, helpful and able to communicate in broken English / with my basic tourist Japanese. The hotel is located in a quiet area with hip shops and restaurants nearby.
