Le personnel est aimable et sans parler anglais se debrouille avec tablette pour traduction. Chambre simple sans fenetre est confortable mais on entend le bruit des autres chambres (salle de bain). Chambre plus grande donnant sur la rue est confortable on entend passer le tram, bruit normal dans une ville. Le petit dejeuner japonais est parfait, choix immense et tout ce que j'ai testé etais delicieux, plus dans une grande salle au 9e etage avec vue sur les collines derriere les immeubles. Je recommande de prendre le petit dejeuner!

バスターミナルは徒歩で数分、繁華街へも徒歩10分程度。電停からも近く、静かでよい立地だと思います。飲食店やコンビニも近いです。チェックイン時に知ったのですが、宿泊したエコノミーツインに関してはバス・トイレが室外にあるアウトバス形式でした（ホテル側の問題ではなく、Expediaの客室情報からは判断しにくいように感じました）。客室はきれいですが、ちょっとした手洗いなどのたびに部屋を出るのが面倒でした。共有トイレは消臭剤の匂いが強めでした。お風呂は洗い場が4つ程度。広くはありませんが清潔に保たれていました。客室にwifiがなかったのですが、モバイルwifiの無料貸し出しがあり大変便利でした。
