Loved the location of this hotel. Beautiful view of the castle. We were within walking distance of downtown but a little off the main street so it was a bit quieter. The hotel had a really nice traditional breakfast every morning. The staff was super helpful and polite. Very very helpful in finding things around Kumamoto. I really enjoyed my time in Kumamoto. castle-view room was spectacular.

My family had a great stay in a castle-view room. It was spectacular! The location cannot get better, with major malls and restaurants less than 700 meters away. The staff was very courteous. What a refreshing change from all these unattended/automated hotels.

The hotel looks right out at the castle. Walking across the street is the park and an incredible art museum. Shopping is in walking distance. The staff were so helpful. There are places to sit and relax. The bed was comfortable and the room clean.
