The smile hotel was in walking distance from the train station and tram stop the staff were so friendly

the hotel in overall is good but it is only suitable for couples, not a family. The room is too narrow and doesn't include any facilities for babies.

ネット予約のホテルの外観の写真があまり良いイメージでは無いように感じましたが、立地が良かったので予約しましたが… スタッフの方の対応もとても良く、お部屋も清潔な感じでした。外観もイメージとは違ってました。無料のコーヒーやシャンプーバー、カイロなどサービスも良かったです。カイロは翌日の娘の受験会場で使わせて頂きました。 又機会があれば利用させて頂きたいと思います。

仕事で宿泊しました。市電とJR駅に近くて移動には便利。近くにコンビニもありますが、繁華街からは離れています。室内は綺麗で清掃もきちんとされていて良かったと思います

アットホーム雰囲気でした

素泊まりの1泊でしたが、チェックインの時からフロントの方の対応は良く、気持ち良く滞在できました。ウエルカムドリンクのサービスや、マッサージチェアが置いてあったらりして、楽しく過ごせました。
