From the moment we arrived, we were amazed. You first walk through these fancy automatic doors and then you're greeted by almost everyone you walk by. The customer service was outstanding. They made us feel like VIPs throughout our stay. The room was surprisingly very spacious and clean. It comfortably accommodated the three of us, which isn't always easy to find in Japan. It was clear that a lot of thought and care went into planning and maintaining the space. Location wise, the property couldn’t be more convenient. It’s just steps away from public transportation, making it super easy to get around. Amenities were another big highlight. The gym was a great bonus and the shared community shower was clean and such a nice experience even for someone like my son and I who was initially hesitant and uncomfortable about bathing with others. For those of you not from Japan, the community shower is similar to an onsen but it's just plain hot water instead of mineral water. I also appreciated that they held our luggage before check-in and after checkout, which made traveling easier. There’s even a nice restaurant and open garden on the same floor. And don’t forget the balcony, the view was beautiful. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and top-tier service in one package! It truly felt like a 5 star hotel just much more affordable.

地點很方便，一出JR車站就到飯店，隔壁還有AMU PLAZA可以逛。每個櫃檯人員都非常友善，在大人忙著check in 時還會陪小孩玩。雙人房房間寬敞，放了兩個29吋行李箱及一台嬰兒推車還有很足夠的空間行走，但浴室偏小沒有浴缸，提前請飯店預留嬰兒澡盆，也收到回覆表示會提供，結果當天卻說沒有了！算是唯一缺點！

This hotel was very comfortable and conveniently located near Kumamoto station. There are many restaurants and shops in the floors below the hotel (lobby in on the 9th floor if I recall correctly). The only inconvenience we experienced was the extra long time laundry takes to dry in the laundry machines available there.

Pros: Located right smack outside the tram station, subway which is really convenient when I arrived from Hakata. The Toyota rent a car is also near the area so easy to pick up. Staffs were friendly, rooms are clean. sufficient amenities like shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush and toothpaste. Beside the Amu Plaza which is really convenient for shopping, except that everything closes at 8PM. Bed was really comfortable, I had a good sleep. My room faced the mountain view which I'm grateful for. Cons: Small rooms, I booked Moderate double room and it's really small, I have big luggages so it's a bit squeezy. My room faced the subway station so sometimes you can hear the announcement but it's not very loud but it might be light uncomfortable to people who are very sensitive to sounds.
