From booking through the return from our excursion, the overall experience was excellent. The property is well maintained and professionally managed, with staff who are welcoming and attentive from arrival. Consistent with what one might expect from an ITC-associated property, Storii blends local cultural touches with attentive hospitality and quality cuisine. The newly built rooms combine local design with modern amenities and offer scenic views of the apple valley. One area for improvement: I'd booked via Hotels.com with "Pay at Property," but received multiple pre-arrival calls requesting 50% upfront payment. Staff were courteous each time, but on arrival, the full stay was charged immediately at check-in — defeating the purpose of that booking option. Not a dealbreaker, but future guests should confirm payment terms directly with the property before booking. The approach road is still under construction, though the property itself is fully accessible and operates at full capacity. Staff were proactive in managing any resulting inconvenience, ensuring guests could arrive and depart safely and comfortably.
