Booked through Expedia but on arrival there was no booking for us. We were given a room and paid one night by credit card. The next day a staff member said we had an online booking and we needed to pay more. I reminded the hotel that we had informed them the day before about this and he agreed to give us the room for less than the Expedia rate. It is an older hotel but in a location near a big park and close to the subway.

Good location, but poor standard

A short walk (10 min) from metro. Next to a nice temple and overall central location...however reception staff do not speak English, one evening and morning we had no hot water and overall very poor standard of cleaning (dirty (looking) carpets, poorly cleaner bathrooms in corners and other more difficult to reach areas) and overall tired and worn out look of room. Bed was clean. Ask to see rooms before checking-in - we booked non-smoking and some had a strong cigarette smell (very common in China)

good location, dirty floors

Pleasant staff, very hard bed, located next to military prep school that begins loud morning exercises at 6:30 am. Hallways and stairways have probably never been vacuumed, but room was clean.

Good stay at greentree inn

Good stay. Great value for money. Comfortable beds and nice pillows. Nice hot shower. Staff were helpful although might be difficult for non Chinese speakers. Near to new metro station and chuihu Lake

Good price, good location

The location is very good, staff are very nice and helpful. The room is big enough and you can find a place to sit and eat in the inside garden which is really appreciate.

原先訂了標準2張單人床客房。一入房間，房間有一陣臭煙味，還沒有窗戶，連冷氣機也是壞的。這是一間超差的房間。之後去前台轉房，職員說這是最後一間特價標準客房，沒有房間可以轉房，還要求我加錢去升級另一個款的房間。超差和超爛的酒店！
