We always pick a beachfront house. This house is definitely one of the best we have been in. The views from the second floor deck were very good. The views from the top deck were excellent. This was definitely one of the cleanest rentals we have been in . The host was fantastic. He reached out to us to make sure we had everything we needed, and that everything was to our satisfaction. We mentioned that we had a problem with the icemaker and within a very short period of time there was a countertop icemaker at our door.. We will definitely be back to this beach house and the host played a big part in that. Beach was clean, quiet and a very short walk from our private walkway. We had six small children with us and the convenience of the walkway was great. The pool was warm , clean and enjoyed by everyone. Areas outside the house were well maintained.Thank you to our host JimDeborah

This was our first ever family vacation with 16 people and everyone had space to move without being on top of one another. The beds were comfortable, but we did note that the sleeper sofa needed help. We wound up purchasing an air mattress instead of using the sofa. Overall, we had a wonderful time. Everyone enjoyed the pool, the beach access was easy enough for our 84 yo mother to make it, and the beach was not packed. We felt like we had our own space. We loved the deck furniture and spent most of our time on the deck talking and just hanging out. Jim was great, he called us to say we could check in and said he was close by if we needed anything. Plenty of parking for 7 cars. We would recommend this property and hope to return ourselves in the future. Wonderful trip, thank you Jim.

We had the best week and Jim was an excellent host. The home was beautiful, clean and perfect for our big family. We loved going to the beach and then coming back to swim in the pool. I have always wanted to stay in an ocean front home with a pool. I feel so blessed to have found this home and to be able to treat our children and grandchildren to this experience. To top off our experience I reached out to Jim mid week to inquire about renting some toys for my 1 yr old grandson who was nervous around the beach and pool. Instead of sending me the link to rent toys, Jim had brand new toys delivered to the house for my grandson. I’ve never had a host be so accommodating! I can’t say enough good things about our experience this past week! Now little ones arriving after us will have new toys to entertain them when they’re not in the water.
