Kure Cottage-In Law Suite

Welcome to the beach where a quiet and relaxing vacation awaits you. Kure Beach is a relaxing, family friendly beach with tons to do in all seasons. The beach is only a 3-minute walk. Perfect for morning sunrises, collecting shells, dolphin watching, or enjoying a fun-filled day at the beach. The Kure Beach pier is also a short walk away. Enjoy fishing, a stroll down the pier, or their famous ice cream. The pier is located in the "heart of Kure Beach" where there are restaurants, bars, a coffee shop, and an arcade. A family friendly park is a block away that has a playground, basketball and tennis court, shuffleboard, and an 18-hole disc golf course.
Only a 3-minute drive or short bike-ride away is the NC Aquarium and the popular Historical Fort Fisher (with a brand-new museum). Also hop on the ferry for a day trip to Southport for lunch and shopping.
Carolina Beach is also a short drive (4 minutes) or bike ride away. Enjoy the State Park for some scenic trails, the CB boardwalk hosts entertain year-round (with fireworks every week during the summer), and of course the ever-famous Britt's Donuts. There is a seasonal amusement park during the summer months, as well.
The house is brand new- finished in 11/24 and custom built with everything you need for a relaxing vacation.
The downstairs is a 1 bedroom/1 bath with a kitchenette has everything you need to wind down after a fun-filled day at the beach. Free parking. This in-law-suite is not connected to the upstairs house and has its own private entrance and designated parking. The kitchenette has a microwave and sink but no dishwasher or stove. There is a hot plate, air fryer, coffee maker, and all the essentials for cooking everything you need. There is also a refrigerator with a freezer. The bedroom has plenty of closet space and a queen size bed. The living space has a large pull-out couch if you have additional guests or kids. There is a SMART tv in the living space for streaming your favorite shows.

The in-law suite is located beneath a separate upstairs home that may be rented during your stay. At times, you may hear normal household activity from above, such as walking or movement. While we kindly ask all guests to be respectful of noise, please note that some sound may travel between floors due to the structure of the home.

We've priced this space significantly lower than most rentals on the island to reflect that unique setup — making it a great value just steps from the beach!
Towels, linens, and basic starter supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand soaps) are provided.
