Total construction site feet outside the back door. All roped off with danger tape, no access to the beach and a view of sand piles and large construction equipment. Falsly advertised and only offering a 300 refund. I expect nothing less than a full refund. Check out these pics

Booked a stay here a few weeks in advance for my daughter's 20th birthday.On the evening before we were supposed to leave I asked if I could pay extra to check in early two hours.I then get a message back at 11 PM stating that they double booked the rental and that they had to cancel my trip.What a terrible experience, especially the night before we were supposed to leave.If I had not sent that message asking if we could check in early, this issue would not have been caught on time and we would've showed up with someone else trying to check in at the same time.

Fantastic Beach Place!

This little jewel is snuggled in right on the beach and everything you need is right there. The house has a perfect little patio where you can see the water or tuck ib behind the landscape and enjoy the hot tub A simple but easy boardwalk takes you right to the sand and beautiful water. My girlfriends and I could not have picked a more perfect getaway. The simplest check in and out we have had yet and we vrbo twice a year! Thanks for a wonderful time

This property was perfect for our family of four! It was beautifully decorated, very cozy, and had everything we needed for the week. We loved staying ocean front and the beach was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed exploring what Kure, Carolina Beach, and Fort Fischer had to offer as they were all very close. Perfect couple getaway

Our stay at Summer Lovin was just right. We love the quiet neighborhood, and being so close to the dunes and the ocean. The kitchen was just right for cooking for two, and the living space was very comfortable. We came in the very hot time of year, and the air conditioning systems work great.
