Great experience with this house. Extremely close to the beach and is located in a quiet area of the community. It is also very close and walkable to downtown Kure & the Pier. Hosts were very responsive and nice. There were two items that weren't listed on the site that would be helpful to know - I would note neither of these would have impacted our stay and I would consider them both minor but did want to list. There is a propane grill on property (we didn't use it and I didn't check the condition of either the grill or tank - it was covered with a grill tarp) that in the separate/non-VRBO info packet is described as available but replacing the tank if needed is the responsibility of the guest. That very well could be standard but I hadn't encountered it before and didn't see it referenced on the VRBO page. There is no clothes washer/dryer on site. Again not a big deal but wasn't mentioned. The listing does not include having a washer/dryer in the amenities section so that is probably where one would be referred back to but didn't think to look for what wasn't there. Again overall a great trip and would highly recommend. Neither of those items would have changed our interest in staying here and neither negatively impacted our stay.
