Ankunft ein Zimmer bekommen wo man die Balkon Türe nicht abschliesen kann, und jeder von den Treppen reinkommen kann, nach Beschwerde wurde mir gesagt das hotel sei sicher und ich kann den safe benutzen, der leider nur ein Spielzeug war beim 2. Anruf habe ich dann ein anderes zimmer bekommen was vollkommenen in ordnung war. FRÜHSTÜCK KATASTROPHAL.
