Dream getaway

The property is a little old and needs abit if a touch up especially the sliding doors BUT this place has character and you will fall in love with it after a night. The staff are very friendly and will cater to your needs 24/7. It’s a small place with 6 villas but that’s what will make you feel at home. The staff even offered to remove every lizard or geckos found in the property. We just have to text them and they’ll come right over. Breakfast: It’s in room breakfast and they’ll send to your room between 8-11am. You’ll have to ‘order’ the food at the counter the day before. Options: continental (cereal), american (waffles or pancakes WITH a choice of eggs, hash-brown, sautéed mushrooms) or indonesian (nasi goreng, mee goreng, nasi kuning or porridge). Suggestion for 2: go for 1 american and 1 indonesian! It’s worth it. The fruit platter is way more worth than the juice. There is also the Sri Dewi food centre about 200m away by walking and there are a lot of options including Halal food. Some restaurant opens a little later (at 12) but do explore. Place is 5 min drive from Trans Studio Mall Bali, 10 min drive to Beachwalk Mall, 15 min drive to Airport. 30min walk to Legian Beach.

The booking on-line was easy enough however, I did try to communicate via email- No response, needed to go through expedia USA to contact the Villa. Asked for transfer pick up, no show at the airport. Checked in fine, fridge- Not working, Air conditioner-Not working, all got fixed once mentioned. TV only 1 english station. the description says KUTA not really near the "Kuta" I know. won't stay again, for this price it was a poor & disappointing stay.

Potential to provide better value for money

Tried to push to other property saying its overbooked. Sorry for the mix up by online booking sites. Not the best in cleanliness. Honeymoon decoration does not include outside pool. Only bed and bathtub. Can do better at this price.

Wish we would’ve booked somewhere else

After the overwhelming amount of properties Bali had to offer we just picked the first one with a private pool that came along. The most irritating thing we would have to say was the WiFi connection was never steady. I had some work to do while we were there and my internet connection would go out every other browser refresh. The staff is excellent and that is probably the only positive of this property. The doors inside are all broken and don’t slide easily, there’s mold and water on the walls, the bed was uncomfortable, there was noticeable stains on all the furniture and towels. Among that our AC was turned off every time we came back after house keeping which is unfortunate since it’s very hot out and that’s the only place we could count on for air conditioning. It’s also a long drive to go anywhere and is hard for drivers to find.

Boutique Hotel tucked in a Residential Area

It was a nice boutique hotel with nice rooms and private plunge pools. The location can be a challenge to find because it is tucked in a residential neighborhood. It was safe but dark during the night. It's about 3-5minute walk towards a Main Street with restaurants and commercial establishments. About 10-15minute taxi ride to main Nightlife area in Kuta. The staff was amazingly accommodating. Breakfast was cooked in your villa. I wish there were more breakfast variety. Asuri Bali is a nice private and luxurious haven for couples.

Relaxing Villa

Was very romantic set up for honey packets. Would recommend this to everyone. Service was good. May be more kitchen sets & hand towels in the kitchen. Some mosquitos inside the room, a bit unconvinien for us. Overall Good place to stay. I’ll be back next time.

Beautiful villa, however some negative points

Our villa was very beautiful just like the photos and the staff were all very friendly. However we had a few negatives, the lack of cleanliness, our towels were old and one even had holes, despite being replenished daily. The villa is in a secluded area, 15 minute walk to closest restaurants which we didn't mind, but it was difficult for us to stay in because there was a lack of kitchen utensils, so we couldn't prepare our own meals and the TV only had Indonesian channels, so we had to purchase movies to watch or borrow from the front desk. Overall, the villa is beautiful, however if you choose to stay at Asuri, it requires a lot more planning into transport, meals and leisure.

Lovely hotel

Sweet sixteen!

Bali is a wonderful place with wonderful people. Asuri Bali Villas was my home away from home. It was spacious, clean, and beautiful. So relaxed was the atmosphere that it was hard to leave for my excursions. The excursions were perfect. They give you a chance to explore as much of Bali as you can. With the help of the front desk staff planning the excursions were a breeze. Private and personal were the tours. Not bus loads of people being moved around like cattle. My daughter and I had our own driver and guide. It was very personable. We got see Bali the way we wanted to see Bali. I was blessed at Taneh Lot, my feet were in the Indian Ocean. Plus, I got to see one of the most beautifullest sunsets.

Exceptional villa

Our stay at Asuri was not nearly long enough, the villa was beautiful and we were very impressed. It was genourous is size, modern, clean and very well apoonted. It had a full kitchen two airconditioners and heaps of lighting both practical and mood lighting. It also had a TV with a few decent channels and a DVD player. The bed was pretty comfortable and there was also lounges inside and sun lounges outside in the deck to relax on. The bathroom was also something luxurious with large shower and free standing bath with doors opening onto the pool, same as the bedroom. The gardens were also lush and well maintained and the staff were very very kind and helpful. 5/5

Lovely Villas

The moment we stepped foot inside our villa we were mesmerised. The setting, cleanliness and everything about it was very nice. We loved our stay there and made our honeymoon even more special. The staff were absolutely amazing! very friendly and they always do everything they can to make sure that they're service is top quality. Loved how the villa is away from the city centre which makes it a nice relaxing place but not too far from all attractions (about 10-15 minute drive). However I think its a new place so even the taxi drivers found it very difficult finding the place, we had this issue every time we left the villa. If you need interned then you ming not be too pleased because its a bit slow in the villa, nevertheless it did its job. Overall we loves Asuri Bali Villas and would definitely go back again.

明明已經透過訂房網付費完成訂房手續，但是酒店人員疏失，造成我們沒有房間住，安排我們到D'WINA VILLA KUTA去，酒店人員說我們並非是第1組客人是這樣的情況了！講的很好聽說是升等到比較好比較大的合作villa去，但實際是D'WINA VILLA KUTA是間老舊的villa，而且並沒有熱水可以使用(跟酒店人員反應，來看了老半天只告訴我們等十分鐘就會有熱水，但我們開了半個多小時還是都沒有，全部人都洗冷水澡了)、洗澡的水量非常小、兩間villa的房間整晚都很吵(管線&機器運作的聲音吵的我們整晚都無法入睡)。

Positiv: Wir haben uns in der Asuri Villa sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Villa ist sehr gut eingerichtet, sehr sauber und das Person unheimlich freundlich und hilfsbereit in jeglicher Hinsicht. Negativ: Nur deutsche Welle und Tv5 als europäische Sender im TV, teilweise recht langsames Wlan (was aber in Bali wohl üblich ist)
