I was very impressed with Balian, wasn't expecting it to be as nice as it was for what it cost. Value for money its 10 out of 10. Even had a swim out balcony. No complaints here. Stayed 3 nights September 2024. Cheers

Such an amazing hidden gem. A short walk from the Main Street down a quiet alley and you will be surprised at your accommodations for the price. First floor with a nice porch and steps directly into the expansive pool.

Great location for mellow surfing and shopping. Lots of dinning options. Found out that the Balian just opened 10months ago so rooms look new and fresh. The exterior is still going through some construction. It was quiet and peaceful and clean. Air con worked perfectly. It’s located down an alley so there is no street noise. The pool was not really ready for swimming… the ocean is about a 10-15 minute walk.
