The staff were really friendly (Rudi and juni ) i can only remember 2 names now and the food on the bar was really great . I quite liked the swimming pool too.

Dirty, ants, nothing like the picstures. The place is basically fally apart, we only booked to stay for 6hrs, so we could leave our bag, worst place, noisey, kids pool area deck fally apart, and kids play area is grimey and for babies, not kids, should be named baby club, and even so too dirty to put your child. Looks too old to be made in 2015, more like renovated from a exisiting motel. Avoid waste of money. Lucky we didnt have to sleep there

This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in! We didn’t get the room I originally booked, so on arrival we had to change rooms. In the second room the fridge was broken which had to be replaced. The safe was completely broken, which also had to be replaced. The bathroom was in utter filth and smelt of urine. The room also had ants, the aircon was leaking and the hotel housekeeping staff failed up restock the toilet paper, I called and asked them to bring up toilet paper 3 times and it still never got done. It was a good thing I had flushable wipes as back up. On the 3rd day there was a massive leak from the ceiling from broken plumbing. We had to fight for 3 hours to get a refund to find a new hotel. We got our refund and checked out and went to a new hotel!

Was quite disappointed that there was an extra charge for karaoke facilities and the power only works when you are in the room and the key is in the doorSo you cannot charge your phone or keep anything cool in the fridge as when you leave and take the key to power turns off

Very good hotel but not well maintenance.

I booking junior suite request music room thats I see on picture so nice for me, but when I check in thats room sold out and upgrade me to the next level. How lucky Am I..!! When I entered this room so nice i love it this theme. But when see it more.... unfortunately this room is a lots of defect. So sad... they not maintenance well their property. Actualy this hotel very nice and good for stay if they good on maintenance. I got warm welcome from reception.

Loved every bit of it!!

Friendly staff, great room , brilliant Coffs with breakfast. Might be a challenge for people with no transport as the location requires a ride to shops beach ETC. We had a bike and loved it Thank you Berry Glee

Cosy hotel but far from shops and eateries

Stayed four nights. Excellent service from hotel staff. Morning breakfast served at the hotel cafe can be better. Very limited choices. There also weren't eateries serving intercontinental food near the hotel.

Great and happy new hotel

Pretty new hotel with very young and colorful vibrant. Staffs and friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and basic amenities are well provided. Bed is awesomely super comfortable. The only downside is wall and doors are really thin, try to request for higher room floors else you will be disturbed badly by the kids in pool early morning. A little far to walk from town, bout 20mins. Take a Grab Car its rather cheap and convenient.

Colourful happy hotel

Excellent happy smiling staff ! The design of hotel is very colourful and trendy, makes you feel young at heart and relax. Good for families with kids - it's so cool. Not a party clubing hotel. Nice breakfast and each day there was something different. Excellent bed with comfy pillows. Good house keeping.The staff makes this place very welcoming. They all deserve recognition and pay rise. 2 free shuttle to kuta beach daily at 11am and 5pm. Overall a very happy experience. Stayed 3 nights at Berry Glee then 3 nights at 5 star resort in nusa dua but wished I stayed at Berry Glee for the whole trip. Highly recommend the hotel *****

Really good hotel

The hotel was the best part of our quick trip to Bali. Good bedroom, always clean, air con, refreshing pool and excellent staff. 20 minute walk to Kuta Beach. At the same street you have good (and cheap) restaurants, massage right next door, small shops and bakery. The restaurant at the hotel is good and a safe place if you're not sure where to eat. Take care with the taxi drivers.

Great hotel and exceptional customer service

Special thanks to Ishak and Joni who went out of their way to assist us during our stay. Thanks to Rian who cleaned our room and left very lovely message and towel animals in our room. But to each and every person who work at the hotel thank you for being so wonderful and helpful! Breakfast was nice but would like more variety of westerner dishes. Facilities and room were clean and very nice. Hotel location is great, 20 mins walk to the Kuta Beach walk and Legian street. The hotel was a short walk to sunset road where there were some nice restaurants like shisha cafe which was great.

Worst hotel in bali

Arrived and was given a key to my room, preceded up to said room to find people already asleep in the room. To cut a long story short the service was woeful and the smoke in the lobby was as thick as fog on a lake on a cold winters day. Staff didn't know what they were doing and would recommend giving this hotel a big miss

Friendly staff and a comfortable stay

The Berry Glee Hotel is new, so some parts are still under a bit of construction, but there is no noise from the work and I never had that disturb me in any way during my 3 night stay. I was staying there alone, and felt very comfortable with the extremely friendly and helpful staff. My room was funky and colorful, with purple lights on the walls and a big picture of white water rafting on the wall. The TV was very large and the air conditioning quite refreshing. The wifi worked well for my first 2 nights, but then a huge tour group checked in my last night and it slowed down considerably. The hotel is in Kuta, which is a very touristy and busy part of Bali. It is about a 25 minute walk from the hotel to the beach, but the walk I discovered is not pleasant, as the streets are very dirty and the sidewalks range from being cracked to nonexistent. I took to Ubering around Bali to nicer beaches and even all the way to Ubud, a lovely crafts and arts focused town.

Great Hotel! Awesome time!

First off i have to say that the Hotel and its Staff by far exceeded my expectations! It was such a nice hotel and you cant beat the price! The Breakfast that we got along with our package was well worth it! It mixes a bit of the local Indonesian cuisine along with the basics that most people love. The pool is just like you see in the pictures, directly next to the front desk and restaurant. It does serve alcohol and has pretty good food. The rooms are just what you see in the pictures, perfect. They also have a shuttle that runs for free into the town so if walking isn't your thing they have two that run daily. The staff were ready and willing to meet any and all requests that we had night and day. I would highly recommend that if your looking for a hotel in this area, do not pass this one up! The price won't last for long once word gets out about this place. And when you check in ask for "Johnny", pretty cool dude!
