Welcome to the shores of Lake Alakitka, where a kelo log cabin awaits you and your holiday! This charming cabin is located just 36 km north of Kuusamo and 14 km from Ruka, making it an ideal base for winter and summer adventures. Close to the beach, you can enjoy a shallow and firm (clay) bottom, perfect for swimming.

The cabin was built in 1997 and expanded in 2025, offering space and comfort across two levels. The ground floor features a bedroom with a double bed, while the upper floor has two single beds and a living room with a sofa bed for two. The combined kitchen/living room, shower, and wood-heated sauna create a relaxing atmosphere for your holiday. The well-maintained lawn outside and the grill are ready for you to prepare delicious meals on summer evenings!

Guests have particularly appreciated the cabin's peaceful location and stunning lake views. Many have noted how easy it is to enjoy nature and go rowing on the lake. Best of all, your pet is also welcome to join in the adventures!
