Bedroom 2: two beds + sofa bed for 2, toilet, shower. Bedroom 3 (downstairs): double bed (can be converted into separate beds if necessary). Office room: sofa bed for two. Combined living room/kitchen, electric sauna. Totally 4 toilets and 4 showers.
