Never got wake up call. Contradiction on airport transfer price. Pay at check in not check out. Insufficient seating in their restaurant for breakfast, although plentiful. Staff generally cheery, emails answered, central locarion good for sightseeing. If on 19th floor, can be noisy from scrapping chairs from the restaurant on 20th floor.

Best place to stay in Kuwait
Mustafa and the staff are very friendly and professional. They will do everything they can to make sure you feel comfortable and enjoy your stay. The place is clean and well maintained. There is a floor with a great view of the city with a breakfast buffet, another floor with a restaurant and hookah, and the rooftop with a cafe and great view of the city.

I like how staff was friendly and accommodating to you, room is always clean and it smells great, they got these air fresheners constantly spraying in intervals. Breakfast was good, amazing view of the city and park. Great restaurant for the price.

amazing stay, the room is very confortable in size as beds are large for 3 of us, location is excellent. Breakfast is adequate and satisfactory. Rooftop pool and terrace with skyline views simply out of this world. It opens at 4 p.m. the service is the best in class. Super clean and excellent stay. Indian restaurant nearby by is so good as well. This hotel is a top choice
