Katastrophale Unterkunft. Die Rezeption ist überhaupt nicht wie angegeben besetzt und die Unterkunft ist teilweise abgeschlossen. Als wir morgens ankamen, mussten wir erstmal 3 Stunden warten, bis wir jemanden (auch telefonisch) erreichen konnte. Das Personal kann kein einziges Wort Englisch, stattdessen wird einem frech ein Smartphone mit Übersetzer hingehalten. Das schlimmste war aber: wir hatten für 3 Erwachsene gebucht, uns wurde aber ein Doppelzimmer zugeteilt. Vor Ort wurde dann von uns ein Aufschlag von 30 USD verlangt. Da wir keine Wahl hatten, haben wir gezahlt und dann ein schäbiges Zimmer mit Doppelstockbetten und offenem (ohne Tür!!) Badezimmer erhalten. Keine Fenster, keine Heizung, alles im Keller. Wir hatten wirklich keine großen Erwartungen, aber das was hier passiert ist, geht absolut gar nicht..

Привітний персонал та смердюча сирість приміщень.

Все , що хорошого там було , то це привітна красуня адміністратор Кароліна ))) Все інше звичайне та посереднє, що нормально вписується в критерій "економ". Навть стоянка для авто можна описати як "+". Але все враження нищівно руйнує два фактори : 1. Це підвальні приміщення без вікон. 2. Та жахливий смерід від стійкої сирості та вологості з грибками. Який приховують за запахами ефірних пахучих масел у номері.
