Friendly staff and good location

I ended up staying at the Greguar Hotel, where the key pick-up location was. The room had everything you need - a comfortable bed, a mini kitchen, a normal hotel bathroom, and a washing machine - good for long and short term stays. Very friendly staff and good internet. The hotel is a block from the metro and very near the main train station and main bus station - a quick taxi ride away.

It seems to be in and apartment building and the people are nice. It is a little walk to the City Center, but a subway station a block away.

Nice and clean apartments, great location.

Great location, very clean and comfortable apartments, great attention from the host and administrator. Somehow difficult to locate but the host gives you a detailed explanation on how to get there so you don't get lost. Overall great experience with this property.

Centrally located. Modern interior. Cleaned upon request. Refrigerator and other amenities are available. The WiFi connection constantly drops, but there are plenty of nearby cafes to use the Internet. Would overall recommend but just be sure to manage expectations.

Nice apartment

Great apartment very centrally located. Apartments among other local residents. Inside status apartments was lovely. Lift broke down on second day so having to climb up and down 5 floors of steep old stairs didn't help. Only for I had a ukrainan friend with me to call the apartment I wouldn't of found the apartment as it's hidden. But overall and okay stay

Above average apartments

Located within walking distance of the center of Kiev (Khrestatyk & Maidan Nezalezmosti) so it was super convenient for traveling around Kiev. The hotel gave me a free room upgrade, so I ended up with a full apartment plus an extra loft area with extra sleeping area. In room washer and dryer, full kitchen, located near supermarkets, so it had everything I needed. Wi-Fi was very good. The only drawback is that the entrance is hard to find from the main street (Mikhailovska), but that is minor because you can follow the yellow painted signs on the street to reach the entrance.

Good value apartment near Maidan

Good value and good location, although initially hard to find , maybe the directions should be made clearer on the site since the entrance is not from the main street and there are 2 doors with the same number. Flat is simple but in good condition and clean, only small problem was the shower bracket a bit faulty. Service was very good and they reply quickly to all questions

Stayed for 8 days while visiting a friend. First issue, which is pretty common so not really an issue, was finding the hotel with the taxi driver. There is a gold sign hanging on the small side street that the apartment building is on, but the actual building is set farther back around a corner. Recommend using Uber both to and from the airport. Checkin was fine, but had to wait 15 min for room to be cleaned, which it was. Full kitchen with microwave, gas range and big fridge. IF you want to save money you can try cooking yourself, but remember to bring a lighter or matches to light the range. I did not have any, so didn't bother. The room I had was the one with the loft pictured. This upper area has a nice sized bed, but low ceiling. Also, water pipes can be heard if there is someone located on the floor above. Like many places, finding a outlet that will hold your international adapter in place is tricky. The wall outlets for the most part would not hold mine adequately enough to charge my gear. I had to unplug the DVD player from the power strip on the floor and use that. Also keep in mind that the elevator is old, and only responds to one floor button being pressed. So don't try and jump in if someone else is going up to a different floor. Finally, the main road leading up to the building is sloped, so be prepared if you are walking with luggage.

Great place to stay...do your homework!

The front staff was touch and go.Sometimes there was someone there, sometimes there wasn't. It didn't affect my stay...though people who don't speak Russian, aren't familiar with Kiev, or don't know how to use google maps might find it difficult. Great location! Great place to stay!

Ok room, but I wouldn't stay here again.

I was told there was a 24 hour reception, there wasn't. I arrived late at night, and had to wait in the cold for 30 minutes before the housekeeper (who lives on site, I guess) let me in the door. It was in a dark and narrow alley, so obviously I was a bit worried about my safety, especially being so late at night. When I wanted to check out and have reception call a cab, the door to the reception area was locked and I spent 15 minutes knocking with no response before asking someone else to call my cab (since I couldn't speak Ukranian/Russian) and just left my keys in the room, without checking out. All this to say, my time was not great. The room was fine, but not worth the hassle.

Practical location, close to Maidan. The apartments are facing away from the street, so noise was not a problem at all.

The wifi did not work. There is a number you are supposed to call incase if trouble- it didn't work. There was zohoje in the room- it didn't work. I had left my luggage and when I came back I ran the door bell for reception to get in the building for 10 mins and no one replied. Someone let me in the building and then the reception was locked. I knocked multiple doors on multiple floors and coukd not find the lady. Another person in building helped me find her. Also called the hotel number multiple times and no one answered. I barely made my flight.

Incredible value for money. We (2 people) were surprised to find a spacious apartment with 2 double beds and a couch for less than $40. Great location, but required a few minutes of uphill walking.
