Pleasing , comforting , lovely hotel
I left a hotel after 2 nights and i booked 3 nights beause of a poor service and i came here , and i am so glad i did the rooms are warm , hot water is always there for you beds are comfortable rooms very clean this is a 4 star hotel definetly and for the price its very surprising just how good it is i am from australia and i will be telling all my friends about where to stay when they plan a trip to kiev because yes it may not be situated in the city center but it has a shopping mall a cinema a supermarket , restaurants all around it , the staff are very proffessional and caring my partner fell over Outside the lobby and the staff kept questioning if she was ok the so i give this hotel a 5 star rating i love it here , very happy customer.

Fantastic hotel
This hotel was quite good close to everything at an affordable price the only issue i had was with the staff, it was a bit hit and miss with them some are good and some are just rude like i requested a later checkout the lady said come down tommorow morning and we will see what we can do , so next morning i went down and was a different lady i asked the same question and this lady just said no didnt even look if it was available i mean i have stayed at alot of hotels and this atitude on her part isnt helping the bussiness , anyways besides that they have luggage rooms to put your belongings in incase you need to stay an extra few hours which me and my partner did , so for the price and where its situated you cant really complain too much and its quite new aswell the breakfast was good just the staff should not tell you one thing then do the other but like i said it may not happen to you just hit and miss
