Our house ismeters away from the Arena City Shopping and Entertainment Complex, next to the Bessarabian Market, Kreschatik Street. Front entrance, 24 hours concierge on the ground floor. Here, high ceilings, separate kitchen and separate bathroom, large double bed, orthopedic mattress, corner sofa bed, air conditioning, large flat screen Tv, internet Wi-fi.
There is a big table with 4 chairs at the kitchen. Apartment is situated in few steps from Kreshchatik, Besarabka, Arena Entertainment. There are lots of restaurants, pubs, night clubs in few mins walk. Also you can find central food market and 2 supermarkets nearby. Cleaning at check in and check out and also cleaning once a week for stays 7days and more is included. you can order extra cleaning any day for extrapayment if needed. Fresh towels and linen are provided. There is parking place is near the building and secure parking of Arena City on the opposite side of the street (extra pay). There are many bars, cafes, restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby. Some clubs at Arena City (opposite side of the street). There is big market at Bessarabska Sq.

-to arrange an early check-in (8:00 am) or late check-out (until 18:00), please verify the possibility of providing this service contacting the owner via the tab Ask owner. Early check-in and late check-out are an additional services, with is 1/2 of the daily rate and can be confirmed 24 hours before the day of arrival.

-Since the apartment is located in an apartment building, we have a huge request to comply with an acceptable level of noise, especially after 10 pm. Smoking in the apartment is not desirable. It is desirable to do on the balcony or on the landing near the elevator.

Near the apartment there are two metro stations "Palace Sportu" and "khreshchatyk". To get from Boryspil Airport (38 Km), we offer meeting and transfer at the airport, it costs 30 Euro or 35 Usd.
