We were put in room 110 and the bed had a strong urine smell. We let the front desk know and they moved us to another room and it was an upgrade. The new room was great and clean. They did mention others have complained about room 110 but still allowed people to stay in it which was odd.

The first night upon check in i was given a room on the 4th floor. My aon and opened the doors to what was a filthy room(beds not made, towels on the floors, and dishes in the sink) usually i would have just left the hotel and found something better but due to me not feeling well , i stayed and was given a different room. No discount or nothing but a sorry about that. The bext room was clean but the floors were dirty, i will not recommend to anyone my experience wasnt the best
