Staff friendly and responsive to requests. Rooms in Japan are small but four bags aligning wall worked. Used entrance space to get into luggage. Toilet and tub in own space. Beds comfortable. Free water & coffee. Pajama gown & slippers helpful. Clean location.

Understanding that it's a budget option business hotel and not a fancy resort, this place was amazing. Very cheap during rainy season, and the lady at the reception was very nice. She didn't speak a lot of English and we didn't speak a lot of Japanese, but we made it work. Our rooms were bigger than usual for Japan, even though it was cheap. There was a vending machine and free coffee in the lobby.
