Clean, comfortable, spacious and quiet! Especially liked the clothes drying bathroom function and having the tatami mat area as well as the other dining area. Handy to station and shopping mall. Really warm accommodation was appreciated in early January!

Older property - but it was clean, had a kitchen/dining room area. I bedroom with space (outside of bedroom) to lay down bedding on the tatami mats to have people sleep on the floor. Enough room for the 5 of us. Close enough to the Kyoto Train station - and next to Aeon Mall.

Excellent apartment with everything you could need. We were a party of 4 and it was very spacious. 2 big double beds provided. Very quiet with extremely helpful staff. The washing machine and dryer came in super useful for us as well.

It's such a homey holiday apartment, my family of 2 adults and 2 children had a great time staying there. Nicely sized apartment with good air circulation, windows and aircon. Location is very convenient with Kyoto Station within 5mins walk and AEON mall just next door - travelling around with family is great. Location was excellent. 7 to 8 minute walk to kyoto station and Aeon mall. Super happy with their service, very friendly staff. A unique thing about this place is they have little things and appliances they kept at the lobby for us to borrow and use, which was very helpful. Also they provide with a huge pile of towels of all size. We never ran out of towels! Rooms were apartment style, spacious enough for 4 adults. We were able to cook a few meals. Washer and drying area in the bathroom with a ceiling dryer was very helpful. One thing that I would point out is not many outlets in and around kitchen area! Even for using the kettle! Other than that we had a wonderful stay. Thank you Glanzkei staff for your service and efforts.

Great location with easy access to trains. We used this as our base and went for day trips using local trains and Shinkansen (eg to Hiroshima). There is a big shopping centre right next door as well as a lot of shopping at the train station. Plenty of food options nearby. The rooms are quite comfortable for a family of 4. The washing facilities are great so you don't need to pack too many clothes. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

Definitely will stay here again if we will go back to Kyoto. Shopping and nearby attractions are easily accessible. The hotel room was also spacious and clean. It is great for families!

This is our second stay at this wonderful establishment. The staff is the best I have come across and the apart hotel room is spacious, clean, and makes my family and I feel like a local. And to top it off, 1 block from Kyoto Station and plenty of food and shopping choices all around. Can’t wait to return to Kyoto and book here again and again.
