The rooms are fantastic great size for Japan standards and clean and comfortable! The staff are very friendly on the front desk and this Hotel is in a great location to explore Kyoto close walking distance to public transport also. We ate in the restaurant for two mornings for breakfast the selection was great and the food was delicious worth the money!

The room was great sized. The hotel is in a beautiful location near excellent restaurants and shopping. The amenities were excellent as well with the on site drink machine as well as all the other freebies offered. Will stay here again when we come back to Kyoto.

Rooms are bigger than the KOKO at Takayama which we also stayed but also Takayama had an onsen which is a definite plus. Staff are super helpful and professional. Beds are clean and comfortable. Breakfast offerws good range of both japanese and western options. High quality. Great idea with thw drinks machine. Thanks for a fantadtic stay. Will return. 👍

Koko Hotel Kyoto Sanjo was a wonderful hotel stay. The atmosphere was great, the staff were warm and accommodating, and breakfast was a treat. The hotel itself is located right near the markets, and is walking distance from Nishiki. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Kyoto again. We really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Gorgeous space with a big window in the room, very friendly staff and walking distance to the river. We felt pampered by the incredible Japanese hospitality.
