Nice apartment style hotel in Gion. Has a room with 2 super single beds and a tatami area for futons. The bath room has a washing machine dryer, which spin dry all the clothes by the time you wake up, no coins no queue. Family mart is just beside this hotel. Plenty of parking lots around.

The property was very good and located in the Gion district, which made it walkable to many of the most beautiful areas, including Gion and nearby shrines. The hotel was clean and had everything we needed. Having a laundry facility downstairs and a FamilyMart right under the hotel was very convenient. The only thing I would recommend improving is the check-in system. It was a little tricky to figure out unless someone from the front desk helped, which they kindly did for us. Other than that, everything was great, and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The location was just perfect for us! 10-15 minute walk to bars, restaurants, shops and Nishiki market. Staff was super helpful, especially Vincent, as checking in and out was done virtually and could be a bit confusing at times. Laundry facilities were appreciated!
