The room was small but perfect for our needs (a party of 3), the location is excellent, nearby from bus stop, konbini and a train station. Definitely would recommend staying here as it made navigating the city much easier.

The staff was great and very friendly, both receptionists I spoke to spoke English or spoke just enough to help me without an issue. If you're looking for a more quiet hotel that is still close to train and bus lines this is a great option for you. They can also hold your luggage for you if you enter before the check in time.

Great affordable price for a new hotel. Size is bigger than other standard size hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful although English is limited. There is a smoking room if needed. Two x 2in1 washer and dryer provided free of charge. Convenience store and 24hr udon around the corner. Supermarkets10-15 walk. Bus stop close by and easy access to Kyoto station. I would definately book Japaning hotels again. This hotel could use a microwave. At least I didn't see one.

客室は、きちんと整えられていました。スタッフの方は、少し言葉や地元の情報に不安な点がありそうでしたが、丁寧に対応してくださいました。 ただ、浴室のカランの水量の調節が難しく、使い勝手が悪かったのが難点でした。使用法が理解できていなかったのかもしれませんが、いずれにしても何か注意書きか口頭でアドバイスいただけるなどあれば、もう少し快適に水回りが使用できたかと思います。他には、飲料水や身体を洗う用の薄いタオルなども備えてあると助かります。
