The house of 120m2 is located on the promenade of l'Ametlla de Mar facing the sea only 170m from Platja de l'Alguer, 45km from Port Aventura and 50km from Reus Airport. It is distributed over two floors with a large terrace with outdoor furniture and sun loungers, as well as having a community pool with a garden. The four bedrooms have a double bed and four single beds. There is a complete bathroom with a bath, toilet, fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free property. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and groups of young people under 25 years of age are not allowed. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
