The house has 240m2 distributed over 2 floors and has a terrace, solarium, 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with air conditioning included in the price) living / dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people and French / satellite TV, kitchen equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, 2 bathrooms with bathtub, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 toilet, garage, fans and Internet Wi-Fi, located in the urbanization Las Tres Calas, Punta Galera street. Kitchen renovated in 2021. Linen (either towels and bed sheets are not provided, they can be provided with supplement)
