Very beautiful villa with private swimming pool and garden, a stone's throw from the sea.
Very beautiful house with private swimming pool at the foot of Puig Sec in a very quiet area, 15 minutes walk from the large Riells beach.
With its enclosed garden and terraces, this villa offers you the opportunity to spend a quiet family vacation.
The living areas consist of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge.
From the living room, you access a very large, slightly raised corner terrace overlooking the large swimming pool.
An outdoor seating area near the barbecue allows you to spend very pleasant moments.
The house consists of 3 bedrooms, two doubles and one with 2 single beds, which can accommodate 6 people.
There are 2 bathrooms, each with a toilet.
Vehicle parking is either on the street or within the property.
Bed linen and bathroom linen are provided (beds are made and there are 2 towels per person).
This villa is ideal for families with children.
During your stay, I will welcome you personally on the day of your arrival and leave you a map of L'Escala with all the important information (supermarkets, restaurants, excursions, surrounding villages, etc.).

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Super toller Pool, auch für Nichtschwimmer geeignet, da dieser am Anfang nicht so tief ist.Sehr netter Kontakt.

Een fijn vakantiehuis voor het hele gezin. Het zwembad was erg fijn en op loopafstand van het centrum. De kwaliteit van de bedden en de matassen viel alleen tegen. Verder een aanrader voor een ontapannen verblijf.
