Realmente la recepción (no me acuerdo de su nombre), fué extraordinariamente simpática, amable, atenta. Mi experiencia superó las expectativas, la habitación es silenciosa y muy cómoda, pasé una muy buena noche de descanso. Y el desayuno INCREIBLE. Lovely peaceful location and excellent pool.

Myself and my family (husband and children 8 and 9 years) loved this place. In a lovely rural location (but small town a 2 minute drive) with great pool and outdoor game areas for children. Felt very safe. Staff very friendly and helpful to sort out anything. Apartments a little tired but very spacious and comfortable and clean and well equipped. My children wanted to stay longer and go back! Food nothing special but otherwise all good.

Estuvimos en un apartamento de dos dormitorios. El entorno es estupendo para familias con niños. Está en plena naturaleza alejado del pueblo. Tiene un área enorme de entretenimiento deportivo, con pistas de fútbol, basket, voleibol, la piscina descubierta es grande y está muy limpia. El personal del hotel y recepción muy amable. Por contras decir que todas las instalaciones son muy viejas. El apartamento estaba desangelado. Cortinas arrastrando y cada una de un color, las ventanas de madera del año de .... las camas sin colcha, la cocina apenas tenía menaje, ni un mantel, servilleta, paño o vaso de agua. Tampoco tenían aire acondicionado y estábamos a más de 30 grados. Por no hablar del sinfín de escaleras. Nos tocó un apartamento alto y entre cuestas y escaleras una persona mayor se deja la vida . No lo recomiendo para personas con problemas de movilidad. El parking queda lejos de los apartamentos y tienes que arrastrar las maletas por gravilla cuesta arriba o por escaleras. Te dan un plano al checkin y arreglatelas. A las 22h cierran el bar del hotel. Tienen una terracita de verano que toda la noche está cerrada salvo días puntuales. Está a 500 m del monasterio de Poblet y a 4 km de las cuevas. Pero no tienes una tienda en km como no bajes al pueblo. Dicho esto, es un lugar bonito, por la localización (el cuidado del jardín deja mucho que desear, hay muchos árboles centenarios moribundos y demás plantas que no han visto el agua en años ) y es muy tranquilo.

Ideal, son acogedores, profesionales, me acogieron como en familia y demostrando ser muy resolutivos dado el imprevisto que hubo en ruta con el vehículo y me ayudaron sobremanera a solventarlo para poder continuar el itinerario de vacaciones restantes Gracias a Gustavo que fue todo un genio y artista solucionando lo ocurrido con el paragolpes delantero así como Martí y Nadia tan amables, simpáticos y denotando gran resiliencia y profesionalidad con los clientes.
