Idéalement placé
Cet appartement en plein cœur du centre historique de l île rousse permet d avoir accès aux plages et aux commerces en qq minutes.
Le seul bémol est la difficulté à se garer, mais en cherchant on peut trouver sur la route qui mène à la pietra. Ile rousse est idéalement situé à 20 mn de calvi, 1 heure de st florent, 1 heure de corte...donc plage et montagne très vite accessibles. Mention particulière pour les bons contacts avec la propriétaire et la gestionnaire.
