Great Hotel

Older style hotel fully modernised. Comfortable room, lovely staff. Used the bar but didn’t eat in hotel. Fantastic location just 25 mts from the promenade and beach. 15 min walk to town shops etc. Would certainly stay again if in La Baule.

This place truly felt like home. The staff is warm and welcoming, the grounds are beautiful, and the restaurant serves a wonderful dinner and breakfast. I was so impressed, I ate dinner there both nights. The pool and spa are an added bonus! My room, including the bed and the shower were comfortable. I highly recommend Miléade Les Pléïades!

Pleasant hotel near sea front. Would benefit from having tea and coffee facilities in room. There was an eco leaflet in room saying better for environment to hav a shower than a bath but this was not possible in this room.

Somewhat old fashioned hotel despite recent upgrade of rooms. Breakfast more of a canteen type service than would have been expected. Reception only open to 8pm and receptionist had to man the bar at the same time. Would have been useful to be clear that parking spaces had to be reserved in advance.

Hôtel accueillant face à la plage

C'était la première fois que nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel dans le cadre de vacances en famille : nous avons apprécié l'accueil, la possibilité d'avoir des chambres proches les unes des autres, la formule de repas avec un bon rapport qualité / prix, la plage à 50 mètres et la possibilité de se garer à proximité gratuitement. Nous y reviendrons pour notre prochain séjour

L'hôtel est bien placé et est agréable dans l'ensemble. Il offre de belles prestations et les chambres sont agréables. Cependant la sécurité laisse à désirer, pas de veilleur de nuit et un numéro difficile à joindre en cas d'urgence. Alarme incendie qui s'est déclenchée à 1h30 et rien.. des clients ont appelé les pompiers et la police qui se sont déplacés rapidement. Ca leur a presque été reproché. En 1h30 d'intervention personne de l'hôtel ! Le pire est la réaction de la réception le lendemain matin qui n'a pas jugé utile d'aborder le sujet et encore moins de d'excuser pour la "gêne occasionnée". Ca aurait été un minimum... Complètement déçue de cette réaction de déni. Pas du tout "commerçant" pour ce milieu de l'hotellerie

Mais la nuit de dimanche 11 au lundi 12, on s'est réveillé par le bruit de l'alarme incendie à 1h30 on est a du descendre a l'accueil et on reste presque une heure en attendant la fin de l'intervention.
