Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned house with a swimming pool for rent in La Baule-Escoublac. It has a floor area of 125 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises a lovely living room (with a fireplace), a fully-fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a garden of approximately 1,200 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic) – we’re just waiting for you!

The property is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A living area with a lounge area (sofas + TV), a dining area with a TV and a fireplace (firewood not provided)
- A fully fitted kitchen including: a full-height fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… as well as a dining area
- Bedroom 1: with 1 king-size bed (180×200)
- A bathroom with a bath
- Separate toilet

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- A shower room with a shower
- Separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
- A 7x3m swimming pool (private, heated), open from 15 June to 15 September with furniture (sun loungers). Opening dates are subject to change and weather conditions.
- A beautiful, fenced garden measuring 1,200 m²
- Two terraces, each measuring 20 m², with furniture to enjoy sunny days, as well as a gas barbecue
- Activities for children (trampoline, swing, sandpit, playhouse, fish pond)

The house is ideally situated in La Baule-Escoublac, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market and water sports…

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (up to 4 vehicles).

Other notes:
- Certain private areas are excluded from the rental and access is prohibited (workshop, secondary garage, office); these areas are under constant surveillance.
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (booking and payment to be made through our local partner). The rates shown are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner.
- The fireplace is in working order; firewood is not provided.
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation.
- The lounge and living areas on the ground floor are air-conditioned.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
- Children must be supervised by a parent whilst swimming. Opening dates are subject to change and weather conditions.
