Très bon séjour dans ce logement, bien situé et sans vis-à-vis, avec un parking fermé. Nous y avons séjourné 15 jours avec notre enfant de moins d’un an. L’appartement est bien aménagé, fonctionnel et idéal pour des vacances au calme. Toutefois, les voisins se sont montrés peu conciliants vis-à-vis du bruit lié à notre enfant. Logement parfait pour un séjour reposant, mais que nous ne recommanderions pas forcément aux familles avec enfants en bas âge.

Calme et proches de toutes commodités

Avec 2 enfants de 10 ans, nous avons passé tous les 4, 3 semaines de repos. Pour tous les déplacements du quotidien nous avons utilisé nos vélos, qui dormaient dans le parking fermé. L'appartement est bien situé : au calme et proche des commerces, marchés, bibliothèque, et plage. Le lieu est propice aux balades et découvertes. Bref, les 3 semaines ont passées très vite. The last but not the least : notre chat s'est également plu et profitait de l'extérieur très protégé des voitures.

Super séjour à la Baule : le logement est propre, fonctionnel et la communication très bonne!

Le logement est super : l’appartement est propre, fonctionnel et très calme. Parfait pour un week-end dépaysant! Par ailleurs, très bonne communication avec Marie-Ange et Mme Billaud, qui ont facilité notre séjour et ont été très prévenantes! (Il y a même un livret d’accueil très bien fait!) Nous recommandons vivement! Encore un grand merci 😊

Déception totale rien à proximité

Appartement conforme à l annonce mais absolument pas à proximité des commerces 1.6kms aller et a 2 kms du littoral. Voiture indispensable alors que j avais précisé à pieds et l annonce précise 800 metres de toutes commodités confirmé par le propriétaire tout a 1 km ! Tres décevant faire 3 kms pour prendre sa baguette puis repartir en bord de mer 4 kms donne 7kms pour juste l indispensable après promenade on passe a 10kms par jour. Vacances déjà compliqué sans terrasse.. en plus la distance aux courses..mauvaise expérience.

Trés bon séjour à La Baule

Appartement neuf, propre et lumineux à proximité d'un parc et étangs trés bien pour les enfants, parking et accés pratique. Equipement du logement correct, manque toutefois un four micro-ondes ( du coup il faut tout réchauffer à la poelle ou au four traditionnel), le canapé-lit manque un peu de confort (ressorts proéminents sur un côté qui sont gênants). Propriétaires trés sympathiques dans les échanges d'informations/mail. L'agent de la conciergerie qui s'occupe des formalités/accueil/départ est trés pro et dispo, nous avons reçu un trés bon accueil et passé un bon séjour.
