5 bedroomed gite set in a 1 acre rural location. Sleeps 12 (14 with sofabed). There is a private heated pool (10m x 5m). Loads of space with a lounge on 1 level and a large recreation room on another level. The house is ideal for a large group or 2 families sharing. Just 20 mins away from the area's best beaches and lively towns like La Tranche sur Mer. Approximately 45 minutes in one direction is Sable d'Olonne and 45 mins in the other is La Rochelle. Outside there is a large garden (1 acre) private heated pool, 3 patio/decked areas and a large barbecue, nearby (5 mins drive) there is the town of Champ St Pere with all the facilities you need, shops, boulangerie, mini market and pharmacy etc.

Lovely setting, lots of room, good facilities, great pool, prompt service.

We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this gite. However, you need to use the car to get anywhere or buy anything: no local shops. We found the built-in barbecue at the wrong end of the house, away from the action. Also the policy of not leaving any rubbish or recycling caused us some problems.

Maison idéale pour séjour agreable avec grande famille

Bonjour , arrivée facile grâce à la bonne communication de John et accueil chaleureux par ses amis sur place. Le jardin, les terrases la maison et la piscine chauffée sont parfaits nous avons séjourné agreablement a une douzaine de personnes. Le ménage correct et la communication avec John pour fixer les petits désagréments rencontrés a été facile. A l'arrivee la maison avait certes besoin d'etre un peu aérée mais vu la saison cela semble normal et a été rapide a faire .La literie est en bon état ! Bons séjours aux futures familles ou amis sur place !

Très bon séjour,malgré que la piscine ne soit pas en fonctionnement. Il faudrait dessous de le problème des évacuations du sous sol. Heureusement qu'il n'était que 3 adultes.

Très bien

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au Givre. La maison est grande et agréable à vivre. La piscine est grande, bien chauffée et sécurisée, parfait pour les enfants. L’environnement est calme et permet quelques simple balades aux alentours en campagne. La mer est à 30/35min en pleine saison. Le ménage de fin de séjour n’est pas inclus et le matériel mis à disposition, surtout l’aspirateur, n’est pas à la hauteur de la taille de la maison. (Aspirateur bouché et pas de sacs à disposition). Globalement nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour entre famille d’amis.

Propriété sale il y a des punaises et des blattes partout.les TV ne fonctionnaient pas .quand il pleut l'eau passe par le plafond du salon.épingles à linge sales et rouillées. Pas de lumière à la piscine ou derrière la haie vivent cochon poules et chèvre odeur irrespirable .literie pleine de tâches. Le filtre du lave vaisselle était tellement sale s'etait à vomir.barbecue plein de cendre à notre arrivée. Rajout de mousse sur le côté du matelas pour faire un lit XL . Évacuation des douches très sale . Un canapé 3 places pas confortable du tout avec 2 fauteuils pour 14 personnes c'est un peu juste. La conversion des euros en livres vous coûtera plus de 300 euros en plus . Le grill pain en panne.il fallait laver la vaisselle avant de pouvoir manger dans des assiettes propres . Ne pas regarder sous les lits ou essayer de déplacer une table de nuit ou le panier à linge sinon vous verrez des moutons et des mouches crevées. Nous sommes très déçus de nos vacances .

Maison très agréable et piscine géniale

La maison est conforme à la description. Me jardin est très chouette. La literie est très confortable. La cuisine a tout l'équipement nécessaire. Transats en suffisance au bord de la piscine et température de l'eau très agréable. A recommander.
